I realise the second game might be a bit obscure, but it is by a well reputed team with a variety of games, here is the full scene (minus the character)

Dang, I wanted to get this one over breakfast. I knew one for certain and had some vague notions about the rest.. but people have been taking shots at it like Kid Rock at a case of Bud Light!
It's hard to keep up, but I think 1 and 3 have been identified, 4 has the correct developer but not the game. Since Heroine's Quest is freeware, I suppose the second game was a commercial release..
1. Heroine's Quest!
2. Sumatra - Fate of Yandi?
3. Hero's Quest (would not have gotten this without Estória, shoutout to you!)
4. Neon Hearts City!

, sorry for that. well let's just say this game belongs to a kind of cozy subgenre that usually involves a female detective casually investigating in first person perspective enviroments with deliberately simplistic low detail 3d graphics
