You got it! I have a weird soft spot in my heart for that game. It's pretty convoluted and some of the puzzles are bizarre, but I just kind of like it.

I think that's an old flash game or something that a tv network made? I kind of remember it, but never played it. I think I saw it being mentioned in the past in a blog or forum

Correct! It's a flash game made by the BBC, called CDX. And one of the better FMV games I've played.
