To be fair both boxes aren't anything spectacular, but who needs good box art when you have this advertisement

Loom! Has a quality similar to The Dig, which I... dig.

Hmmm... It's close, but I'm going to go with Loom.

Never liked mazes in games. But I do like the ones you solve with pencil and paper. A newsprint staple. The cover art is right up my alley. Labyrinth

I was always intrigued by the Loom cover. The first perspective, looking at the world through your hands, while weaving a tiny, glowing loom – sort of holding the destiny of the world in your hands. I find it profoundly poetic, and unlike anything else.

The Labyrinth cover… Well, it’s a labyrinth. And a logo that is kind of unreadable against the background. The painting of the maze itself is quite beautiful. But to me this is not even a contest, the Loom cover feels much more special.

Beat the rush! Go out and vote Loom today!

Interesting side note: The Labyrinth cover (1986?) has the Lucasfilm Games logo that is derived from the actual Lucasfilm logo, before they landed on the more «squared» font and design on the final Lucasfilm Games logo (still 1986 - Maniac Mansion and onwards). And of course they would later rebrand as LucasArts in 1991 (Monkey Island 2 and onwards). Fast forward to 2026, long after the demise of LucasArts, we have the new and «reborn» Lucasfilm Games, which uses the old logo from Labyrinth, and we have come full circle Big Grin

I like both, but Loom has a little bit more magic feel to it.
