I mainly use ADRIFT for creating text adventures, what do you personally recommend, Melendwyr, if you don't mind me asking?

Also, just quickly pointing out that I did give Outrageoustugofwar some similar advice near the start of the thread:

"Small-scale text adventures are always an option as something to create instead."

With your appreciation for text adventures in general I'm certain you've got opinions regarding the best engine to use, surely.

Hello everyone. First post here, although I’ve been lurking around the forum for a while. Nice to meet you all. Smile

For the past three years, I’ve been developing my own point-and-click adventure game, 'The Purple Peacock' (formerly 'The Mystery of the Purple Peacock'). The game has recently received its own Steam page, Facebook page, and Discord server. I’m not entirely sure if posting links is allowed here and I definitely don’t want to come across as spamming — but you can find the links on my profile or by doing a quick Google search for the game’s title.

The game is being developed with Visionaire Studio, so I’d be happy to exchange thoughts, comments, and suggestions with fellow Visionaire enthusiasts!  Cool

Ooooh I would say your game should be worth its own thread! So we can celebrate the release together?  Big Grin

I would be glad if you added the link then, since I accidentally stumbled upon a "party" website when trying to just enter the title, and I hate parties.  Tongue
