Oh god I'm with EirikMyhr on this one, it's so hard. Those two are so good. Either of them can be first I won't mind, so I'm going with DOTT.
Secret of Monkey Island is one the best ever, but Day of the Tentacle is one you don't see done well very often, so my vote go this one.

Nice top 3 - I'm glad Sam & Max and Day of The Tentacle made the podium. And Monkey Island 2 certainly has artistic merit in spades.
