So good, both of them! But for the overall box design, I think The Colonel's Bequest wins for me.

As someone else pointed out earlier, great font. Artwork is beautiful and relevant to the game, gives the player an inspiring idea of the adventure that awaits inside the box.
CB's box is also excellent, but I'll vote for KQ V against almost any game.
