Zak for me

Tough call, but gotta go with Zak. Lots of fun stuff happening in that art. And I think the colour contrast serves it better for standing out than MI’s.

I'll have to go with The Secret of Monkey Island, full of adventuring promises!
Funny story, the first time I saw the cover back then, because of how the letters are placed in a funky way, I thought the game was named Mc (as in master of ceremony) Zac Kracken. XD

SoMI gets my vote as it has some old Errol Flynn movie poster charm which I assume artist tried to evoke.

Zak is nice and it has some Hanna-Barbera vibe for me.

I’ve been away from the forum for too many days, so I missed voting for The Dig, which I probably would have. I am in the camp that had a bit of a hard time adjusting to MI3 looking so much more cartoonish than the first two, although the game itself looks AMAZING. I always loved the logo for The Dig, that the «THE» was no wider than the «I» in «DIG». Wonderful.

The Secret of Monkey Island, in my opinion, is one of the most classic covers ever, and easily gets my vote. Although the Zak cover is funny as hell and would easily win against many others...

Both have wonderful box art with top notch composition, but I think Monkey Island wins it for me.

Maniac Mansion for the win!!!

Definitely Full Throttle!

I love the Maniac Mansion box. Clean and crisp and mysterious. The 3D render-ish quality of Full Throttle isn't my favourite. (Though I adore the game.)
